Pareto Reserve

Pareto Reserve is a place for Real Estate Licensees who have decided to stop practicing Real Estate Sales to place their license so that they can legally receive Referral fees for transactions they encounter (home Buyers and Sellers).

Many of these licensees have full and vibrant spheres of influence but have opted to pursue other careers . . . or retirement.

Pareto Reserve will continue to serve these SOIs . . . and if/when the licensee decides to get back into sales, they can take the database back and transfer their license to an active sales firm (Pareto Realty, LLC)

Assuming all goes well, we’ll have our first Licensee within a week . . .

and our first referral paid out by mid-month.
